It is rare for me to be away from home. However, sometimes my internet may be down or I may be called away (usually I will post my location on this page and my home page)

Feel free to phone, leave a detailed message, state and two closest airports if shipping is needed. I will call back. 15 min-24 hours. Don't forget to leave your number. 

So as not to spoil a "Gift" I will usually call and say. "I'm calling you back about your order on the Internet"

Calling again is FINE, too. Just incase we have a delay in receiving a message. I don't mind either way.

Shipping:
If you want a puppy and need it to be shipped.. We will work out the details about shipping together. I will be able to give you any and all information that you will require before your puppy is put on the plane.  I will not ship ANY puppy without TIME DATE set UP with you.. So if I don't talk to you. the puppy will not be shipping. Also if the fee's are not paid the puppy will not be shipped.

Once Payment and or a Deposit is made. The puppy belongs to YOU. I will NOT show or advertise your puppy to someone else. I try to update my site as puppies are sold and will POST the puppy as  "Pending Sale" "Sold" or will remove the photo of that puppy.

Deposits:
I will not HOLD any puppy without a deposit.
$100 for Young or unborn or PRE-certifed puppies
$200 for Puppies 8 weeks, Vet Released and ready for homes.

(Un-born, pups under 7 weeks or NOT Vet Certified. Your deposit will give you FIRST pick on the healthy Vet released puppies that are from the liter, color, size, sex that you desire. 2nd deposit will get second pick and so on. Your deposit can be held while you wait for the color size sex that you want. We will talk about those details)

Any puppy that is Vet Certified, 100% weaned from mother and at least 8 weeks. the deposit will take that puppy off of the market. I will remove the puppy's photo or photo's from my advertising sites. As the puppy will belong to YOU, once a deposit is received. 

Puppies are NOT to be Transferred from Owner to Owner.
The Vet certification is VOID if this puppy is sold,  given away.
and sent to another Owner.  It is required that this Breeder meet
every owner (in person or on the phone) Puppy must stay, live with
and be cared for, by the person that paid for this puppy.

If you are purchasing this puppy for another person, you are taking FULL responsibility for this puppy.  

DEPOSITS:
You may transfer your deposit to another puppy of the same breed, age or older. Changing your mind, or purchasing from another breeder, or planning problems is not a reason for deposit refund. Again, a puppy is NOT held without a deposit and that puppy will be removed from all advertising sites. I will not sell unhealthy puppies or puppies that are not Vet released.  

If your puppy is not able to be Vet Certified you will be told and your deposit will be released I do not REQUIRE you to pick another puppy. (however you may pick another puppy if you wish)

Puppies are paid in full before they are sent home or shipped.

Transfer of Deposit:
In most cases, your deposit can be moved to another puppy. At a large date. (planning conflicts) As long as you contact this Breeder within the 2 weeks.  Please contact this breeder when you are ready. So that the Two of you can work out details.

TRAINING:
Some Parents will REQUEST training of a puppy before they go home. I am ONLY able to train/work with. One puppy at a time. The Fee's for Training is $200 per month. This will also cover the other shots, Vet Certification wormings and food. (This does not includes Rabies Shots) YOU must contact me about Training. So that we can set up a Plan. I will always work with my puppies Parents.  (it would be RARE for any puppy to stay with this breeder for more then a month. As the training would Fall under "Building blocks". as example. To Parents.

Abandonment:
Puppies MUST be shipped home. As soon as they are ready.
Once they are AT LEAST 8 weeks.  Weaned and Released by the VET. I will contact you ASAP. When your puppy is Ready to go. Your Puppy MUST be HOME within 4 weeks of this requirment. (Please see Training Below) Any Puppy that is with me LONGER then this. Will be KNOWN as: ABANDONED. These puppies will be kept and trained at a RATE of $200 a month. This covers $25 each for  Shots,  $12 each wormings and $45 for new Vet Certification. Each puppy will eat Estimated $5.00 per work of high quality Food.

NO REFUND will be giving for an Abandoned Puppy. The puppy will be kept as long as the Fee's have been covered, or as long as the owner is able to pay these Fee's. It is always in the puppies BEST interest to be HOME with it's NEW family ASAP. 

I have payment plans for Puppies 8 weeks or younger. With the terms above, for puppies that are to young to go home. The puppy will remain with me.
Tiny or very small puppies may stay with me while they grow. This is done for the safety of the animal. 

TERMS: EAW is the Estimated Adult weight of a Puppy. This is determined by the breeder. As she will look at the puppies size at 8 weeks (standard RULE weight at 8 weeks of age times 3 equals adult weight)  

I will also figure in the size of parents and if known the size of grandparents. The adult size of other puppies (of these two parents) if Known. AGAIN this is an Estimate. I do not guarantee the size or adult weight of any dog. E.A.W. does not figure in "Treat Weight" a dog that has been loved or trained with treats.
